La Rose Suites - Phnom Penh

We had an amazing stay in this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our requests. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities, including the beautiful pool area. the breakfast was delicious and conveniently served in bed at no extra cost. The hotel's location was perfect, just within a walking distance of the royal palace and many other attractions and restaurants. We even found a sister hotel just across the street that was also worth visiting.

Perfect location and fabulous staff We had a problem with a driver to our next hotel and the manager (lady) could not have been more helpful. Kind, professional and wonderfully patient. Sorted it out for us. The team in the UK were asleep and we needed help!

the location was a real plus, with most of the city's sights within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring. the small swimming pool was a lovely area to relax after a day of sightseeing and was never too crowded.

This hotel did not have an elevator which made it difficult to climb the stairs, especially with heavy luggage. the bathroom could also use some updating as it looked quite old-fashioned.

The hotel is conveniently located close to various attractions and restaurants. the sister property across the street provides more options for dining and entertainment. the rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable furnishings and modern bathroom amenities. the staff is attentive and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the hotel also offers various facilities including a swimming pool, spa, and Wi-Fi ' convenience.

One minor downside is that the breakfast options may be limited, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

The hotel had beautifully appointed rooms and modern bathrooms that were sparkling clean. The staff was friendly, always greeting me with a warm welcome home. I also enjoyed a complimentary one-hour spa massage which was amazing. The location of the hotel was ideal, with popular attractions within walking distance. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful, providing superb service and always eager to help. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The manager went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with dark wood throughout. The bathroom was particularly impressive. We enjoyed relaxing by the indoor swimming pool and taking advantage of the spa and wellness center. The hotel's location in a quiet area was a pleasant surprise, considering it's right in the center of the city. The free Wi-Fi in rooms was a bonus and the staff were always available to assist with any needs or questions. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel with perfect staff. Cute and caring. Above and beyond service from Sopheaktra and Sokea. Pleasure to deal with everyone. Great bar and restaurant manageress. Enjoyable cooking class. Excellent facilities, especially the spa. Hidden gem and oasis of calm.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel staff always greeted us with their warm smiles and were very accommodating. We appreciated the daily massages and the fact that the minibar was stocked at no additional cost. The rooms were spacious and well appointed with lovely artwork throughout. The hotel's location was very convenient, with tuk-tuks always available outside and a mall just a short ride away.

Although the breakfast was sufficient, we wished there were more options to choose from. we noticed some minor maintenance issues, such as a leaky faucet in the bathroom.
